Gamera

Guardian of the Universe, friend to all children, accidental mass-murderer. Well it's been forever since I actually made any art (which I'm going to try and fix), but recently I've been on a bit of a Kaiju craze for multiple reasons (Jurassic Park returning to theaters, Pacific Rim coming to theaters, and Evangelion 3.0 hopefully showing up before I die) and got the Heisei Gamera Trilogy on Blu-ray on a whim and watched them. They're kinda cheesy, and obviously more for kids, but pretty darn fun to watch anyway, especially if you want to see some monster mashin'.

Also, this is the first piece I've inked with Manga Studio EX and MAN is it great. My shoddy color job doesn't do the original line art justice, so I'm going to upload that to my scraps, in case someone more talented than I wants to take a whack at it. Gamera's not a very colorful guy anyway, though.
